WinWinD has finalized cooperation negotiations in Finland on Thursday 6.10.2011. The negotiations were started on the basis of employer’s initiative in mid August due to financial and production-related grounds.

As a result of the negotiations the need for the layoffs was limited to 35 persons. This is significantly lower than the 75 persons, suggested in the beginning of the negotiations. In addition, it was agreed about temporary layoffs, which will be adjusted according to the company’s future business. 

These actions will be carried out in the way, which enables the best possible service for current and future customers. In addition, WinWinD is committed to delivering the new product, WinWinD 3, in the market.  To ensure this important milestone, engineering and product development was excluded from the negotiations.
