All production breaks exceeding 30 minutes will be informed to you at your will. We provide you with prompt reports on events in your wind parks, as well as regular customer reports according to requirements and specifications.

WinCare portal keeps you informed about the current status of your turbines. The latest production information is always available for you via internet.

WinCare has a proactive approach to maintenance. Our staff takes care of periodical preventive maintenance to guarantee high availability and reliability of your turbines. We follow the turbines constantly in order to prevent problems before they occur, and create service plans that require minimum down times of turbines.

Our Condition Monitoring System and experienced Condition Monitoring Engineers look after your asset. Even though our power train concept has a robust design, we monitor it constantly to avoid any problems.

In case corrective maintenance is needed, our qualified local staff will execute the corrective actions professionally and fast without forgetting safety measures. It is important for you that the downtime is as short as possible. Therefore all maintenance works are well planned in advance. Our turbines are also designed to tolerate some malfunctions without offending power output.

• In addition to our standard condition monitoring we are able to deliver you periodical condition monitoring reports. Also other, more advanced, solutions are available if you're already familiar with condition monitoring
• If you require production or other data to your or any stakeholder’s web-pages, we are happy to provide it. Connection to your own ERP/operation system can be offered as well.
• WinWinD is willing to give you training on e.g. working safely on the wind turbine or general information about wind and wind turbines. Our training packages are very comprehensive.
• At some stage of your wind park’s life span, you might want to operate the turbines yourself. This is just fine for us. And if you need technical support we are happy to provide it to you
